It can, only within guardrails you control: service types, travel limits, buffer time, hours, and eligibility.
What if multiple customers respond yes?
The first qualified yes gets the spot. Everyone else automatically receives a polite message that the spot was taken.
Do my customers have to download anything?
No. Customers just text back or tap a link.
What if someone replies with questions instead of yes or no?
We let customers know those response types are not supported for claiming a spot. In practice, nearly all customers follow the instructions.
Can I limit how often someone gets messages?
Yes. You can cap invites per customer and set cooldown windows so the same person is not contacted repeatedly.
